When to consider it

Consider Brevo when you want to evaluate email together with additional messaging channels and need to understand the cost of your actual sending pattern.

What the product offers

Brevo offers email marketing and automation, with other messaging options available. Compare monthly send volume, stored-contact allowances, and automation limits separately. Channel charges and optional features can affect the total bill.

The tradeoff

If you mainly send a simple newsletter, compare MailerLite too. For an email workflow centered on automated follow-up, also check GetResponse. More available channels only help if you need them.

Three checks before paying

  1. Estimate newsletters plus automated sends in a normal month and a busy month.
  2. Check stored-contact limits separately from the number of contacts allowed in automations.
  3. Confirm any daily sending limit, extra-channel charges, and optional branding or feature costs.

Try one real task first

Create a small test audience and one automated email. Check how the account reports contact counts and remaining sends before importing your real audience.

Use your own test addresses. A successful test checks your setup; it does not establish deliverability or performance for a full audience.

Check the plan that fits your business.

Confirm current features, allowances, renewal terms, and your total cost directly with the provider.
