Privacy, in plain language.
What this version of Mailwise does—and what happens when you visit a provider.
Effective September 25, 2026.
Information entered on this site
Our contact form collects your name, email address, and message so we can review and respond to your inquiry. It does not sign you up for marketing emails. This site has no newsletter signup, checkout, or visitor account system.
Contact form processing
When you submit the contact form, your information is sent to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and delivers it to our business mailbox hosted by Porkbun. The form submits in the background without redirecting you. FormSubmit documents a 30-day submission archive; messages delivered to our mailbox may be retained longer to handle your inquiry. See FormSubmit’s privacy notice. We use your correspondence to handle your inquiry; please do not submit sensitive information.
When you email us
If you contact hello@mailwiseguide.com, your message and email address are handled through our email provider, Porkbun. We use that information to respond to your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive account information or subscriber lists. You can email the same address with a privacy question or a request to delete your correspondence.
Analytics and browser storage
Mailwise has not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or browser-storage tracking. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery, security, and access control. Hosting-level processing is separate from this site's page code.
Fonts
The site requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may send technical connection information, including your IP address, when loading them. See Google's privacy policy.
External links
Product links take you to another company's website. That company controls its own cookies, forms, and data processing. Review its privacy policy before creating an account or providing payment details.
Affiliate links
Marked Brevo and Moosend links use PartnerStack referral tracking. Clicking one sends you through a tracking service to the selected provider; the service may set cookies and process click or purchase information to attribute a referral. Mailwise may receive referral and commission reporting. No affiliate tracking script is embedded in these pages. See PartnerStack’s privacy policy Moosend’s privacy policy, and Brevo’s privacy policy.
Changes
